On Tuesday, February 10, 2015, Denise Antoinette Sapp was that beautiful flower planted in the garden of Heaven. Denise was born July 12, 1992, to Linda D. Haywood and Anthony Craig Sapp in San Antonio, Texas. Born April 9, 1942, in Live Oak Texas, Marva Ann Sampson (Times) was the only daughter of Roy Times Sr. and Odiest Brown Times. She was the middle child, having an older brother, Roy Times Jr. and a younger brother, Edward Lewis Times. She grew up attending Vine Grove Christian Church in Live Oak (Matagorda County). Marva graduated from Prairie View A & M College, now University, in May 1964 with a B.A. from the School of Arts and Sciences.
